We can find them for you. You tell us who we have to look for, and we will qualify them. The final choice is up to you.

You don't want to bother with collecting the rent and maintenance issues?

No problem, we can do that for you in the service of property management. It consist of the following: we will collect the rent on a monthly basis, or as arranged by the owner. Maintenance problems are handled by our maintenance team, a great group of hard workers with a lot of experience in construction.

For the owner, a monthly report is made with a detailed list of expenses and income. Approval by the owner for a big maintenance job is mandatory. Also every expense above $100.00 needs approval by the owner. We will make sure your property is in good hands. A general inspection at least twice a year is done by our team.
