Coral Shores is a private community of 27 villas in a fantastic meandering garden setting, located at the far corner of Pelican Key. You will have panoramic ocean views from the Villa and the oversized deck of this lovely, comfortable home.

This is a two bedroom two bath Villa all on one floor. The villa is perched on the edge of the ocean coral reef, and overlooks the coral shore and blue ocean of the Caribbean. This community was designed to give each Villa privacy and security, while living in a very friendly community. The deck, which is accessed from the living room and master bedroom suite, has comfortable chaise lounges to relax anytime of the day or night.

This villa also has a very special entrance courtyard, with beautiful plants, enclosed and secured from the common areas outside, but with an over head lattice framed ceiling that is a fantastic space flowing from the main living spaces of the home. It adds a whole different atmosphere to relax, read, or enjoys quiet moments with the abundant nature, birds and flowering plants. All the amenities are included with this villa, including fully equipt kitchen, ceiling fans, air conditioning, washer dryer, etc.

The shared pool and pool terrace is a delightful place to spend your days, reading, relaxing, just a short walk from your private villa. There is parking just outside your door for your convenience. There is a strong homeowner's association in place; a gardener works daily to maintain the property, and there are security patrols at night.

Charge for each additional person is $35.00 per night
Add 15% for Tax and Service Charge – Full payment due 3 weeks prior to occupancy.
